SOLUTIONS BY ENGINEERING

Manufacturing engineering involves the design, optimization, and management of processes and systems for producing goods. Different manufacturing markets have specific challenges and solutions. This includes Automotive Manufacturing, Advanced Materials, Aerospace Manufacturing, High-Precision Machining, Advanced Welding Techniques, Predictive Maintenance, Material Handling Systems, Process Optimization, Auto CAD Designing etc.

Lathe Machine Technology

Lathe machines are versatile tools used in engineering and manufacturing for various machining operations on iron and other materials. Here’s a simplified explanation of how a lathe machine works on iron:

  • Workpiece Setup
  • Tool Selection
  • Tool Positioning
  • Spindle Rotation
  • Tool Engagement
  • Cutting Operation
  • Finishing and Dimensional Accuracy

Fabrication Working

Fabrication works in metal engineering involve the processes of creating metal structures, components, or products through various techniques such as cutting, shaping, joining, and finishing metal materials. Here’s an overview of how fabrication works in metal engineering:

  • Design and Planning
  • Material Selection
  • Cutting
  • Shaping and Forming
  • Machining
  • Welding and Joining
  • Assembly
  • Finishing
  • Quality Control
  • Testing and Validation
  • Packaging and Shipping
  • Installation and Maintenance

Metal fabrication processes can vary significantly depending on the complexity of the project, the type of metal used, and the desired end product. Metal engineers and fabricators use a combination of skills, equipment, and techniques to produce a wide range of metal-based solutions for industries such as construction, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and more.

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Certainly, I can provide you with some guidance on how to design a metal piece using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. CAD is a powerful tool that allows engineers and designers to create detailed 2D and 3D models of parts and assemblies.

Collect all the necessary information and specifications for your design, Start by creating a 2D sketch of your metal piece. Use the sketching tools provided by the CAD software to draw the outline and key features of the part. Ensure that your sketch is accurate and follows the design requirements.

TURNING

Operating both fixed and sliding head multi-axis turning centers, our machines accept materials up to 12 feet long, with diameters as small as .050” or as large as 3”. Each machine has a sub spindle and features live tooling which allows us to make finished parts in one machine. We specialize in producing small or large quantities with a high volume rate due to our automated turning centers.
